(2) The Parents’ Association Fee is paid once only at the time of the initial registration. It allows the family to become a member of the West Island College Association and to vote and/or sit as members of the Board of Governors if elected. It provides, for the family, access for any future use should the family later wish to have a son or daughter attend the school.
N.B. Individuals applying to Secondary IV and V may pay an individual parent association fee of $750.00 This fee covers the membership of that student only.
(3) The meal plan is included in the fees for all students registered in Secondary I-IV at West Island College. The College’s food service provider, adhering rigorously to the “Canada Food Guide”, shall provide complete and nutritious lunches to subscribers throughout the school year 10-11. Subscribers are not permitted to bring “junk” foods into the cafeteria during service periods. By subscribing to this plan, parents and students are joining the College in its efforts to promote and to adhere to balanced and healthy nutrition and to promoting balanced and healthy lifestyles.
